Reinforced measures at SYNC Productions

Covid-19 has forced us to adapt our way of working, in order to be able to continue to offer our services and above all to ensure that you can meet safely, without endangering your health and that of others. First, all of our staff have undergone specific training, so they now know all the gestures and behaviors to adopt in the fight against the spread of coronavirus. Social distance is then strictly respected: at least 1 meter between each person. At the same time, all of our rental equipment is subject to regular disinfection, to eliminate any risk.

The essential rules in case of a meeting

As much as possible, meetings involving a physical presence will be avoided by prioritizing virtual meetings. Moreover, SYNC Productions can support you in your webcasting projects, allowing you to remain close to your partners despite the situation.

In the event of an unavoidable meeting bringing together several people, there are a few essential rules that must be strictly respected:

• Give priority to outdoor events rather than indoor events;
• Prohibit entry to anyone who is suffering and/or feverish;
• Provide a space dedicated to regular hand washing;
• Prefer individual meal formulas to common formulas such as the buffet;
• Regularly clean areas of regular traffic.
